My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, right by the beach with easy access to restaurants, but the room's noise levels and cleanliness were disappointing. The service was friendly, although not overly efficient at times. The dining options varied, with some hits and misses. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement.
The 'superior deluxe' room, as described by the reception, turned out to be a bit disappointing in terms of cleanliness, especially considering the price of 25k. However, the deluxe rooms were decent. The service was a mix of unfriendly behavior but also helpfulness, going out of their way for us. The location was the saving grace, being right in the center of the best part of the beach, despite a noisy atmosphere at times. The dining option, though not exceptional, was good with some value for money. The hotel facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had a nice upper floor, but the room on the first floor was noisy due to its proximity to the restaurant and garage. The rooms were okay with good air conditioning and a nice balcony, despite the uncomfortable placement of AC compressors. The dining was average with interruptions noted during meals. The facilities were decent but had some noise concerns.
